Upgrading to a smart line doesn’t mean replacing your press. It means adding intelligent supporting equipmentthat handles the flow, reduces labor, and makes your operation look professional.

1.Material Feed Screw Conveyor (Feed Auger)
Instead of manually feeding seeds into the press, install a screw conveyor above your press. It automatically transfers material from the storage bin directly into the press hopper — at a consistent, controlled rate.
Benefits: Smooth feeding, reduced labor, stable production, and no spillage.
2.Scraper Conveyor Under the Press
During pressing, some oil residue and crumbs fall from the press. Without a scraper, they accumulate on the floor — messy, unsafe, and wasteful.
Install a scraper conveyor underneath your multiple presses. It continuously collects and moves the residue to one end for easy disposal or reprocessing.

3.Oil Cake Recovery Screw Conveyor (Cake Auger).
After pressing, the oil cake (press cake) comes out from the cake outlet. Instead of manually moving it around, a cake recovery auger automatically collects and transports it to a central collection point, storage bin, or even directly to a cake breaker.
Benefits: No manual handling, cleaner workflow, and the cake can be efficiently processed for animal feed or secondary sales.
4.(Optional) Cake Breaker + Second Layer Press
