Detailed Production Process

1. Raw Material Cleaning: The first pretreatment step removes dust, stones, metal and other impurities thoroughly to protect follow-up equipment from abrasion, improve production efficiency and guarantee basic oil quality.
2. Seed Shelling: A critical procedure to separate kernels and husks. It prevents empty husks from absorbing oil, darkening oil color, creating strange odors and wearing oil press machines, securing high oil yield and stable oil quality.
3. Temperature-controlled Roasting: Kernels are heated evenly to change internal cell structure, release natural sunflower aroma and adjust moisture content properly, greatly boosting oil yield in subsequent pressing.
4. Screw Physical Pressing: Pure physical extrusion without any chemical solvents reserves natural nutrients like Vitamin E and unsaturated fatty acids to the utmost. Crude oil is separated from oil cake, and the cake can be recycled as high-protein feed for extra economic benefit.
5. Crude Oil Filtration: Precision filter removes fine dregs and suspended impurities to get clean semi-finished oil and ease the load of later refining.
