The equipment uses a screw shaft to apply pressure in stages, layer by layer, fully extracting the oil from the interior of the rapeseed. The entire process involves purely physical pressing—with no additives or solvents—preserving the rapeseed oil’s natural nutrients and rich aroma. After pressing, crude oil and rapeseed meal are separated; the rapeseed meal has a low residual oil content and can be reused, significantly enhancing the overall economic efficiency of production.

Step 3: Precision Oil Purification Using the Plate-and-Frame Filter

The crude oil produced by pressing contains oil residue, impurities, and suspended particles, which are subjected to pressure filtration using a plate-and-frame filter. The equipment uses multiple layers of filter cloth to trap impurities in distinct layers, rapidly removing sediment and fine oil residue from the crude oil. The filtered rapeseed oil is clear and transparent, free of cloudiness and sediment. The oil meets quality standards and can be directly bottled for sale or sent to the refining process.
