The Air Pressure Oil Filter equipment effectively eliminates solid contaminants and free water from oil with high precision. It eliminates free water in the liquid by utilizing demulsification, coalescence, and separation processes. The treated media has a minimal content of free water, with the potential to go below 100 PPM. This filter also extracts solid particles from the liquid, making sure that the fluid cleanliness is under control. This equipment is ideal for rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil, and other oils in oil mills. The filtered oil is foam-free, with fewer combustion residues and no sediment, improving oil output. It is known for its easy operation, dependable performance, and high filtration efficiency.

Operating Steps:

    1.Position the air pressure oil filter in a horizontal orientation.

    2.Place an accessory filter cloth on top of the installed filter cloth for cleaning purposes.

    3.Check if the air compressor is operating properly by observing whether there is gas coming from the exhaust outlet. If gas is released, it signifies the correct operation direction. If not, alter the operation direction.

    4.Once the inspection is confirmed, pour the crude oil into the oil drum. When the crude oil goes below the air inlet of the oil drum by 1-1.5 cm, stop adding more oil.

    5.Securely close the lid of the oil drum to make it completely contact with the drum mouth while using four groove-shaped clips to clamp the lid and barrel together. Insert a positioning pin.

    6.Close all the air release valves and open the air inlet valve that connects to the hose on the filter barrel. Begin the air compressor to activate filtration. Once gas is discharged from the oil outlet, filtration is complete. Turn off the power and open the air bleed valve, then open the barrel lid after releasing air from the drum.
