Step One: material selection and cleaning

  High-quality oil is the basis for pressing healthy camellia seed oil, and the selection of materials is also a big question. In the process of material selection, we try to choose camellia seeds with full grains, no dry-stirring, broken, and moldy, and the oil production effect of such camellia seeds will be better. Then the camellia seeds are cleaned and destoned to remove impurities such as stones, stalks and mud, so as to keep the oil stalks and improve the pressing efficiency.

Step Two: shelling and breaking

  The next step is to shell the camellia seeds. There is a shell on the surface of the camellia seeds, which needs professional shelling machine equipment for shelling. The shelling is for the follow-up process. The steaming and frying heating are more uniform, and the pressing is smoother. After shelling, a crusher is used to crush it, and the surface area of the crushed tea seeds increases, which is beneficial to the transfer of temperature and moisture during softening.

Step Three: Steam and Stir-Fry

  The symbol of the hot-pressing process, the camellia seeds are steamed and fried to control the temperature and moisture of the oil. The purpose of steaming and frying is to make the oil condense and create conditions for accelerating the oil yield; to adjust the structure of the raw material, with the help of moisture and temperature, to make the plasticity and elasticity of the raw material meet the requirements of pressing. And the pressed camellia seeds taste more mellow.

Step Four: Pressing

  After the above pretreatment, the tea seed oil enters the oil press to squeeze out the oil, and then enters the plate and frame filter for filtration to remove solid impurities. The advanced degree of oil press equipment and the pretreatment process of camellia seed oil all affect the oil output effect and pressing efficiency. The tea seed oil obtained at this time is not a refined oil, and the impurities in the oil need to be removed through a refining process.
