It is appropriate for filtering various types of raw plant oils, such as rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, shelled peanut oil, flaxseed oil, sunflower seed oil, sesame oil, corn germ oil, palm kernel oil, and more. The machine is employed to extract oil through mechanical squeezing.
Operation Method:
During the operation, it is necessary to incorporate 1-1.5% of heated saline water into the crude oil and mix it thoroughly. The objective is to remove phosphorus.
Since phosphorus can lead to conditions like osteoporosis and other diseases in the human body, the content of phosphorus is the foremost parameter in the national oil standard. Its limit is mandated.
NaCl (brine) and phosphorus P undergo a chemical reaction, resulting in the formation of sodium phosphate (Na2PO5) and the release of hydrogen gas (H2) ↑. ② Adding saline water causes the fine particles to absorb water and increase their weight.
