  The color of  balm is generally brownish-red, and the temperature during the processing of the machine is as high as 245 ° C, so the color is darker and dark purplish red; The aroma of ordinary sesame oil is light, not as rich and mellow as that of small ground balm and machine-made sesame oil;  Sesame oil is mainly used as a seasoning, while balm can be used as a stir-fry.
