The screw conveyor is a dedicated horizontal distribution conveyor for oil pressing production lines, working in coordination with elevators. The elevator vertically lifts oil materials to high position, then materials fall into the screw conveyor. Driven by internal spiral blades, the machine realizes long-distance horizontal transportation and evenly distributes oilseeds to multiple parallel oil press units.
For parallel layout oil press groups, the screw conveyor is installed horizontally above the feeding hoppers of all oil presses. It continuously supplies raw materials to each press along the arrangement direction, balances feeding volume, ensures consistent load of every oil press, and supports synchronized and stable pressing operation of all units. The fully enclosed casing prevents material spillage and dust generation during transportation, cutting raw material loss and improving workshop conditions. The machine can be installed overhead flexibly, perfectly matching the layout of large oil mills with multiple presses arranged side by side. The feeding speed is continuously adjustable to coordinate with the overall line capacity, avoiding shortage of material or blockage caused by overfeeding on individual presses.
Receiving materials transported by the elevator, the screw conveyor realizes centralized material distribution automatically, eliminating manual material allocation and transfer, and greatly reducing labor costs. As the core distribution equipment for multi-parallel oil press production lines, it connects the high-level material outlet and each oil press, making it an essential supporting facility for large-scale automated oil extraction plants.
