In the oil press industry, the stone removing machine is also widely used in the pretreatment stage of raw materials to remove stones and other impurities in the raw materials (like sesame, peanuts, soybeans, rapeseed, etc.), to ensure the smoothness of the oil press process stability and product quality.

  The specific gravity stone removing machine usually adopts inclined plane or inclined vibrating surface, through the action of vibration and inclination, the particles can flow and distribute on the surface. Due to the different specific gravity of the particles, the heavy particles will settle to the lower layer, while the light particles will move to the upper layer.

The specific operation process is as follows:

1.Feeding: Raw materials are transported to the feed port of the specific gravity classifying and stone removing machine, and the raw materials can be evenly put into the classifier through conveying equipment (such as a belt conveyor).

2.Vibration and inclination: The classifier generates flow and layer distribution on the surface of raw materials through vibration and inclination. The parameters of vibration and tilt can be adjusted to meet the separation requirements of different particles.

3.Separation: Under the action of vibration and inclination, stones and other impurities in the raw materials settle to the lower layer due to their larger specific gravity. At the same time, the lightweight particles will move upwards, forming different grades of product stratification.

4.Collection: The separated products of different grades can be collected through the discharge port set by the equipment. The products of each grade can be collected or further processed separately.
