With the rapid development of the modern grain processing industry, traditional manual and semi-automatic rice milling methods are no longer sufficient to meet the demands of large-scale, high-efficiency, and high-quality production. Fully automatic rice milling machines have emerged as a solution, becoming core equipment in modern rice processing plants due to their high efficiency, energy saving, and intelligent environmental protection features.
The rice milling process mainly consists of three stages: stone and impurity removal, processing, and screening. The raw materials are first cleaned by a stone removal screen, blower, and destoner to remove impurities such as sand, dust, straw, and metal particles, reducing equipment wear and ensuring smooth subsequent production. Then, a rice huller uses a diamond roller to squeeze and rub away the rice husks, producing brown rice. This brown rice is then separated by a rice-brown rice separator; unhulled rice is returned to the rice huller for secondary processing.
After pretreatment, the rice enters the processing stage, where it is milled, whitened, and polished to separate the bran from the white rice. Finally, the white rice is screened by a grading sieve to separate polished rice from broken rice, yielding the final finished rice product.
