THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COLD PRESSED OIL,HOT PRESSED OIL AND LEACHED OIL

LEACH
Leaching refers to a process of using solvent to leach oil from oil at high temperature. The leaching principle is to use the mutual solubility of oil and organic solvent. We understand it as a chemical process.
PRESS
Hot pressing is the use of steam or roaster both pretreat equipment, and relying on physical pressure. when the roasted material embryo temperature reaches 80-150 degrees Celsius, moisture content is 2%-4%, then directly into the press oil. Under the action of high temperature, the oil film of the material is destroyed and the oil molecules are activated. Therefore, only one pressing is required, and the squeezed oil is darker in color and has a stronger smell.

Cold pressing is not necessary to heat or roast the raw materials before pressing, and it can maintain the original nutrition, so the quality of the oil is relatively pure. However, since the oil molecules of the material are not activated, it needs to be physically pressed 2-3 times to achieve a better oil yield.

After pressing, you can choose to filter, semi-refined or fully refined according to the quality of the oil in the local market.
