Cold pressed sunflower seeds Process:

  Sunflower seeds are washed and screened to remove impurities and damaged seeds to ensure appropriate quality and dryness.Put the cleaned sunflower seeds into the oil press device of the  Auto-temperature control oil press. Start the press process of the oil press and press the oil out of the sunflower seeds by applying force through the rotating press screw or press cylinder.

Hot pressing Sunflower seeds Process:

  Sunflower seeds are also cleaned and screened to ensure seed quality and dryness.The sunflower seeds are heated to a suitable temperature range to soften the oil inside the seeds and make them easy to release. The heating system of the  Auto-temperature control oil press provides the required heating temperature. The heated sunflower seeds are put into the oil press device of the  Auto-temperature control oil press.Start the press process of the oil press, in the state of heating, through the rotating press screw or press cylinder to apply force to press the oil in the sunflower seeds out.

  The main difference between cold pressing and hot pressing of sunflower seeds is whether they are heated or not. Cold pressing retained the original nutrients and natural flavor of sunflower seeds, but the oil extraction rate was relatively low. While hot pressing can improve the oil extraction rate and oil extraction efficiency, it may affect some characteristics of oil quality.
