The main components of coconut oil are lauric acid, myristic acid and palmitic acid. The hard part of coconut oil after fractionation is often used as raw material for cocoa butter and margarine.Low-carbon fatty acid triglyceride is one of the ingredients of medical food and baby food formula, coconut oil is not only rich in C12 fatty acids, but also contains more than 15% of C6, C8, C10 fatty acids, which is the most abundant source of low-carbon fatty acids. In addition to the resulting oil, other edible by-products obtained from coconut oil are: coconut flour, protein, carbohydrates and vitamins.

Production flow: Dried coconut with a water content of 10%-12%– Crush it into peanuts size(2mm-6mm)–Pressing crude oil–Filter–Filtered Copra Oil.

  Fresh coconut processing: using fresh coconut as raw material, mechanical extraction of oil from hydraulic oil press.

Production flow: Take out the coconut meat from whole coconut– Crush it into peanuts size(2mm-6mm)–Pressing crude oil–Filter–Separated water– Virgin Coconut Oil.
