Pressing method:

  The pressing method has a long history, and its process is relatively simple:

  The oil is squeezed out of the oil plant by mechanical means. The temperature in the production process does not exceed 80°C, thus completely ensuring that the nutrition of the oil will not be lost. The modern pressing method is an industrialized and automated operation. The only disadvantage is that the residual oil in the oil residue is higher than that of the chemical method.

  From the pretreatment of pressed raw materials, there are cold pressing and hot pressing.

The basic process of oil pressing process is as follows:

Walnut raw material—cleaning—shelling—peeling—drying—crushing—conditioning—pressing

—filtering—virgin walnut oil

Edible method:

1. Take it on an empty flight every morning or mix it with milk, yogurt, honey and fruit juice, etc. (the effect of improving constipation is excellent).
2. Walnut oil can be used as cooking oil for direct cooking (especially for cooking seafood, which has the best nutrition and taste).
3. When steaming soup for babies, add a little walnut oil appropriately.
4. Walnut oil can also be used to wipe high-end furniture, prepare oil paint, etc., and the effect is particularly good.
