Cottonseed oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids with excellent stability and storage resistance, widely applied in food catering, daily chemical production, deep oil processing and industrial lubrication. Due to its fuzzy surface and hard hull, cottonseed is difficult to process, often causing low oil yield, turbid oil quality and severe equipment abrasion in traditional production. The MCRAYONE cottonseed oil production line adopts a professional process: cleaning, delinting & dehulling, kernel-hull separation, softening & rolling, roasting, physical pressing, filtration and refining. It effectively solves common processing difficulties, ensuring stable operation, high efficiency and superior oil quality for large-scale production.
Process Flow
Cleaning → Delinting & Dehulling → Kernel-hull Separation → Softening & Rolling → Roasting → Physical Pressing → Crude Oil Filtration → Refining
The line removes impurities, lint and hulls to avoid equipment blockage and wear. Pure cotton kernels are softened and rolled to break oil cell structures, then roasted to activate oil substances. High-pressure physical pressing extracts crude oil, which is further filtered and refined to eliminate odor, pigment and impurities, obtaining pure and stable cottonseed oil.

Core Advantages
- Professional delinting and dehulling improves oil yield and oil purity effectively;
- Pre-removal of hard impurities reduces equipment wear and failure rate;
- Multi-stage purification removes peculiar odor for high-quality finished oil;
- Full utilization of cotton hull, lint and meal maximizes economic benefits;
- High automation saves labor costs and suits large-scale continuous production.
